Upfront Views is a social, yet serious website for serious issues facing teens and adults everywhere. It was established to give responsible teenagers and adults a place to visit where they can openly express their opinion, fears, likes, dislikes, disappointment, hurts, give encouragement and lend support in an upfront and open yet anonymous venue. The purpose of this website is to allow people everywhere to put “it” out there to get feedback as to what other people think and how they may have dealt or is dealing with similar issues. In addition, allowing others to comment and lend support. Members will pay a nominal fee and establish personal IDs and passwords and remain anonymous during all forms of communications.

The Terms and conditions stated in this Agreement are set forth to establish a legal and binding agreement between Upfront Views and members. By utilizing Up-Front Views services you are agreeing to the conditions set fourth in this agreement weather you casually browse the site or establish yourself as a member. Please note here that the term casual browser refers to one who takes a look at the site, does not pay monthly fee and is unable to fully utilize the services. Whereas, a member is one who signs up, pays a monthly fee, and have full access to Upfront Views services.  If you have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement please indicate so upon completion of your application. You will then be able to read, comment, and communicate confidentially with other members and have full access to all the privileges and services Upfront Views offers. However, if you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement please logout and do not attempt to utilize Up-Front Views services.

The terms and agreement of Up-Front Views also encompasses the appropriate use of Up-Front Views services, including, but not limited to the contents, your obligations, rights, and restrictions imposed upon you by Up-Front Views website. Up-Front View reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time it deems necessary-members and casual browsers will be notified. As a member and or casual viewer, it is your obligation to review all changes made to the agreement as you are legally bound by this agreement.

For your safety, please do not provide your name, telephone numbers, street addresses, ANY photographs. In addition, please refrain from using inappropriate or obscene language, violent or harassing talk, sexually explicit or any other method of communicating that can be construed as inappropriate. Please be aware that your Up-Front views membership can be revoked if any of the above mentioned acts are reported. Furthermore, Up-Front Views does not collaborate or in any way endorse the views and opinions expressed on Up-Front Views website. Moreover, Up-Front Views reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse access to its services to anyone at any time for any reason it deems necessary with or without prior notice and with out liability.

1. Membership: By signing on as a member of Up-Front Views you also agree that all information submitted by you are you truthful and correct and that you are at least 14 years of age and have signed on with the assistant of your parent and or guardian. You further maintain that you will not violate or misuse any information on Up-Front Views. If at anytime we believe you to be under 14 your privileges will be revoked without warning. 
2. Enforcement of this agreement: The terms and agreement of this contract will remain in full force and effect for as long as you are a member and or casually browser of Up-Front Views website. You are at will to terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason. Please note that even though your membership might be terminated this agreement still remains in full effect.
3. Member Fees: As a member you agree to pay a monthly fee. You also acknowledge that Up-Front Views reserves the right to change it fees and at it discretion. If for any reason Up-Front Views terminate you contract for any reason you forfeited your member fee and will not be refunded for any portion thereof.
4. User-ID & Password. Upon signing up as for membership you will be prompted to establish a user-id and password. It is your responsibility to secure this information in a safe place and not share this information with a third party. You also agree not to use anyone else’s user-id or password. You also agree to immediately notify Upfront Views should you suspect unauthorized use of you or someone else’s user-id and or password.
5. Member Privileges: Up-Front Views services are strictly for social and personal use for members and are not to be used in connection with any other services or promotions of other sites and business unless approved and endorsed by Upfront Views. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of Membership privileges.
6. Material Content.

Upfront Views reserves the right to remove all activities from Upfront Views website for material content and delete any content it deems offensive or illegal or that violate the right, safety or harms anyone and not in compliance with Upfront Views terms and agreement. Furthermore, Upfront View assumes no responsibility nor endorses the content and or conduct of members nor does Upfront Views make any obligation to monitor materials posted.  At your discretion you are responsible for any information you post and transmit on Upfront Views website. Upfront Views does not endorse and or control the information posted therein as this is not monitored or view by Upfront Views before posting. It is your responsibility to conduct yourself within the terms and agreement of Upfront Views policy as we make no warranties or guaranties to any material content post, viewed, or commented on.
7. Prohibited and Illegal Activities. The following is a list of some thing that are illegal and prohibited from posting via Upfront Views website. Upfront Views reserves to the right to take legal action against anyone who is suspected of violating the above mentioned terms and conditions.
1. Hate mail, physical harm, promoted racism, bigotry, harasses and or promotes harm against another person.
2. Sexual exploitation, including but not limited to adult websites, nude pictures including pictures of someone else without their permission.
3. Solicits personal information, including names, user-id, password, URL or email addresses, and telephone numbers, street addresses from anyone under the age of 18 or above.
4. Advocate or promotes false and misleading information, promotes conduct that is offensive, abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous.
5. Spreading rumors and or plagiarism’s
6. Junk mail and or chain letters, unsolicited / solicited mass mailing, or spamming.
7. Promotes any criminal activity or illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
8. Child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending of viruses.
9. Transferring and or selling your profile is prohibited.
10. Posting commercial ads and blogs for a third party / non-member for monies or anything of value on Upfront Views website.
8. Member Disputes.  Upon establishing yourself as a member you agree that Upfront Views has no obligations to monitor and or act as mediator between you and another member. You are solely responsible for any interactions with other Upfront View member and agree to settle this between you and said member.
9. Privacy. Use of Upfront Views Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy,

UpfrontViews.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted in connection with the Services, whether caused by Users of the Services or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Services. Profiles created and posted by Members on the Website may contain links to other websites. UpfrontViews.com is not responsible for the Content, accuracy or opinions expressed on such websites, and such websites are in no way investigated, monitored or checked for accuracy or completeness. When you access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk. Upfrontview.com holds no responsibility for third party advertisements, which are posted on Upfrontviews.com. Furthermore, Upfrontviews.com website or services is not responsible for the conduct, of any user of Upfrontviews whether online or offline, including, but not limited to delays in operations, communication lines failure, omissions, errors, interruptions deletion, defects. 11. Limitation on Liability. The term and agreement limits our liability. Upfront Views shall not be held responsibly to you or any third party for any direct or indirect lost of profit arising from your use of Upfront Views services even in the event that Upfront Views was notified. As a member, you assume all responsibilities for posting any materials on Upfront Views website and also assume any lost and or profits.
12. Member Disputes. You have also agree that any dispute arising as a result of Upfront Views services that said dispute will be governed by the laws of the state of California USA. You further agree that any and all dispute will be settle via the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles Ca USA, provided that the above shall not prevent Upfrontview.com from securing injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Upfront Views and its affiliates from any loss, or liability claims including attorneys fees made by you or another third party member of Upfront Views. You acknowledge your understanding of Upfront View terms and agreement and had agreed to comply. You also acknowledge that any breach of these terms and agreement can negatively impact your membership with Upfront Views also including if necessary, legal action. This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Upfront Views website and all related services. This agreement is now in full effect to the full extent of the law and will remain enforce.
